We work in three clear phases. Each builds on the last so you're not trapped in endless treatment.
Your initial 75-minute movement assessment helps us understand your symptoms and goals. Chiropractic care and manual therapy may be used to help improve comfort and function as part of your individual plan.
We help you practice movement skills. Active Release Technique and corrective exercises can address mobility and control limitations identified in your assessment.
Progressive strength training builds resilience. You leave with tools and habits that keep you strong and independent, ready for the life you actually want to live.
Not sure where to start? We're here to help you understand your options.
